Cathy Bailey

Member of St. Simon's, North Vancouver, BC

Cathy has always been involved in teaching and support ministries, particularly with leading women’s bible studies and mentoring groups in the church and in her community neighbourhood.

She has been the Rector’s Warden and Chair of Council for four years at Saint Matthew’s church; founding Dean of School of Anglican Life and Ministry at Saint Matthew’s church; trustee, and board member of Epilepsy, BC. She has participated in Altar Guild and has taken part in local street ministry including meal preparation and serving. Cathy is also keenly involved in a pastor’s wives support and education group connected to Church Renewal Ministries.

Cathy now works alongside her husband, who is the Rector at St. Simons and she is very active in the ministry. Over the years, she has worked in the education field and holds a Masters of Education.
