On Mission 2023 Devotional Booklet

We are pleased to announce that the ON MISSION 2023 book has just been published.  This year’s book profiles 30 global mission projects by our ANiC churches.  The light of Jesus is being shed abroad in the far corners of this world.

If you begin the ON MISSION 2023 book on January 23rd you will have 30 daily readings prior to Lent.  Each day of the book you will be transported to an ANiC global mission project.  Each day there is a Bible reading plus a special prayer composed by Canon Garth Hunt.  Not only will you learn about these global mission projects but you will also learn about our ANiC congregations.

The ON MISSION 2023 book is available as a free download using the button below or for a nominal cost it is also available from Amazon (paperback or Kindle) and Kobo.  Choose the format and the device which works best for you.

World Mission Sunday is February 5th.  This is a great opportunity to highlight your parish’s global partners and projects and to raise money for them.  Worship and video resources are available from the ACNA on the New Wineskins website here.

On World Mission Sunday consider showing the short 5 minute video profile of this year’s recipient of our Youth Mission Scholarship.  Twenty year old Emma from St. Timothy’s Montreal was on a youth mission team to Kenya. Hear her inspiring testimony and share it with your congregation.

Please share the news with your members and friends that the ON MISSION book is now available.  Let’s begin together on January 23rd as all across the Diocese we pray together and learn about one another.
