Bulkley River Project was established in Jan 2018, and is a small rural parish in Northwestern British Columbia,  situated half way between Prince George and Prince Rupert, encompassing Houston, Telkwa, and Smithers.  It serves a population base of 15,000.

We are a vibrant, multi-denominational Christian community, with a strong sense of community, where neighbour helps neighbour. We are seeking a part time pastor who integrates well into our communities and helps us to encourage and invite people to learn and grow in their faith. Our industry rich communities are abundant with secular employment opportunities, either full or part time.

We desire to continue the Anglican Praise and Worship traditions within the conservative context of making a stand for the Word of God.  The Bulkley River Project (ANiC) has an approved 2019 budget including a 2018 budget surplus that demonstrates our commitment to making a stand for Christ through church ministry and outreach.

The Bulkley Valley is renowned for fish and wildlife resources complimented by beautiful mountains, lakes and streams, providing a quality of life setting for a community church that we envision.  We are a gateway highway and railroad corridor with a solid airport hub for linkage to all the many options throughout our area and beyond. This is a great place to live, put down roots, enjoy a multitude of recreational opportunities and grow our faith in the gospel of Christ.
