St. Aidan’s Community Church is looking for a godly man or woman who will train members of the congregation to reach out into the community and bring erring souls to a faith in our Lord, His Son and His Holy Spirit. He or she should be a person with abilities in preaching, teaching and bible study.

Graduate of an accredited seminary, college or university.
Ordained priest in the Anglican tradition: ANiC or ACNA.
Minimum of three to five years experience in a leadership position in an Anglican church. Be aware of and continue the five priorities, with emphasis on evangelism, as established by Bishop Charles Masters.
Ability to lead a congregation in the Anglican sacraments; preaching and teaching. Conduct baptism; confirmation; marriage; funeral and burial services.
Encourage growth, leadership, planning and spiritual gift development.
Pastoral care; christian counseling and conflict resolution.
Lead or oversee Christian education, Bible study, home and prayer groups.
Lead or oversee church growth and outreach programs.
Ability to facilitate (with a basic understanding of “Robert’s Rule of Order”) annual vestry; special vestry and parish council meetings.
Supervise office staff, and lay leaders.
Oversee the “Plan to Protect” program.
Tend to the quality of his / her own spiritual life.
