To the glory of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit,
I hereby affirm my agreement and intention to uphold the Solemn Declaration of 1893 (B.C.P. p. viii) as the founding declaration of Anglicanism in Canada. I also affirm the Jerusalem Declaration issued 29 June 2008 by the Global Anglican Future Conference.
In view of this Solemn Declaration and the Jerusalem Declaration, as well as Dromantine Communiqué of the Anglican Primates (24/02/05), and the Dar es Salaam Communiqué of the Anglican Primates (19/02/07), I also affirm:

The teaching of Resolution 1.10 from Lambeth 1998, as it reflects the teaching of Holy Scripture and the doctrine and teaching of global orthodox Anglicanism. I repudiate any action, statement or teaching which in any way obscures or contradicts these expressions of God's Word. |

My desire and determination is to remain in full communion and close fellowship with the global Anglican Communion and I will take all actions necessary to maintain, confirm and strengthen our fellowship with the global Anglican Communion and our commitment to biblically orthodox Anglicanism. |
Moreover:

Led by the Holy Spirit, instructed by Scripture, in fellowship with the global orthodox Anglican Communion, and as encouraged by the Primates, I pledge my willingness to repent and to amend my life so as to walk in holiness, seeking greater faith, hope and love in Christ |

So that I will humbly and compassionately minister to all people, witness to God's love, proclaim the Good News of God's Kingdom and make disciples of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I pledge to seek continual renewal by the Holy Spirit and reformation under the authority of God's Word. |
