Mr David Gibbs
David has worked for the BC Ministry of children and Family Development since 1989. Raised in Anglican home in the United States, David moved to Canada to gain his Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Trinity Western University (1985). David return to Anglican membership in 1991 when he and his wife settle in Fort St. John, BC in 1991. He served as Warden in the parish of St. Martin’s, Fort St. John. David and his wife have been members of The Open Gate Church in Victoria since 2008. He currently manages a mixed team of child welfare workers and youth probation officers on two worksites on southern Vancouver Island. David’ nomination offers to Council David`s interest and experience in governance and his hope that ANiC will experience both careful growth and new relationships with Christians in other denominations.
