The Venerable Darrell Critch

After studying music at Memorial University of Newfoundland and theology at Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary, Father Darrell was ordained both deacon and priest by Bishop Donald Harvey. He then served as curate and rector of the Parish of St. Mary the Virgin in St. John’s, NL. Now, he serves as rector of the Church of the Good Samaritan, St. John’s NL.
Father Darrell has a passion for reaching young people with the Good News of God in Christ and teaching the Word. A convert to Anglicanism, he is often heard to say “If we only believed the words of The Book of Common Prayer we would win the world for Christ”.
Darrell and his wife, Sarah, live in St. John’s Newfoundland.
